Mental health as the age of corona virus  (covid-19) 
       in this age of corona virus as it is spreading all over the world it has reached in india and india is now at stage 2, PM MODI  announced lockdown for 3 week(21 day) or can be 3 months and in this time people will stay at home  for long days so  they will face many mental illness and social  anxiety like
  • toxic fear for relatives 
  • mood swing 
  • fear in children from fake news
  • those have week mental health 
  • cronic stress and under pressure

so these are some tips how can i face lockdown and  to keep away from anxiety


  1. WHO urged them to rest sufficiently, eat healthy foods, get physical activity and stay in contact with family and friends.                    
  2.  Don't use social media too much
  3. don't trust blindly from fake news 
  4. keep away your children form these bullshit
  5. don't be cronic 
  6. make your day productive 
  7. focus on things which make you feel alive...
